Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.

30-day return window

You may return any unworn, unwashed item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (original shipping fees are non-refundable).

How to start a return

Returns must be initiated by emailing us first — do not ship items back without contacting us:

  1. Email support@aristisan.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We will email you a return authorization and the correct shipping address within 1 business day.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method. Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order so you don't have to wait for stock. We process exchanges manually — email us if you'd prefer that route.

Defective, damaged, or wrong items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping (if any is needed) and send a free replacement or full refund — your choice.

Non-returnable items

Custom or personalized items (e.g., with names, dates, or custom artwork) are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective.

Refund timing

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or PayPal may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund within 14 days of our approval email, please:

  1. Check your PayPal balance or bank statement
  2. Contact your bank or PayPal customer support
  3. If you've done both and still need help, email support@aristisan.com

Cancellations

Since every item is printed to order, we can only cancel orders within 2 hours of purchase. After that window, items go to production and we are no longer able to cancel — but the standard 30-day return policy still applies once you receive it.
