Shipping Policy

We print every Aristisan item to order in the United States. Here's what to expect after you place an order.

Processing time

Most orders are printed and packed within 3 to 5 business days of payment. During holiday seasons (Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas) processing may extend to 5–7 business days.

Shipping times — United States

So a typical U.S. order arrives 6 to 12 business days after you place it.

Shipping rates

International shipping

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Canadian shipping is $14.95 flat rate and arrives in 7–14 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number from our carrier. You can also check the status of your order any time by emailing support@aristisan.com with your order number.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we will reach out and reship for the cost of additional shipping.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check around your delivery location and with neighbors
  2. Contact your local carrier with the tracking number
  3. Email us at support@aristisan.com within 14 days of the marked-delivered date

For items that arrive damaged, please email us photos of the damage and packaging within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
